HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you changed your mind for any reason, you can always send the product back and receive a full refund or a new product for the same price or less.
We will refund any difference in price. However, if you wish to exchange to a product with a higher price, we ask that you place a new order and we will refund you for the item you sent back.

Please provide the following in the returning package.

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • If you wish to receieve a new product or a refund
  • When applicable, what product you wish to exchange to

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a substitution to be made. The products can not be exchanged at a local store.
Please note that you may need to pay the freight for the return package. When exchanging a product, iDeal Of Sweden pay the freight costs of the new package sent to you.

If you wish to submit a complaint about a product, contact our customer support using the button at the bottom right or send us an e-mail at [email protected]

Please provide the following

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Describe the issue
  • Image that clearly shows the fault item

We can only accept complaints if you bought your product directly from www.iDealOfSweden.com
If you bought an iDeal Of Sweden product at one of our resellers, we ask that you contact them first.
